SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute the agreement between DoubleSquare Network Inc. (“we” or “us”) and you, the subscriber.

1. Internet Service Provision:
   DoubleSquare Network Inc. provides Fiber to The Home (FTTH) Internet connection with a minimum speed of 50% and 90% reliability of service.
2. Installation Service Fee and Lock-In Period:
   The subscriber agrees to pay a one-time installation service fee of Php 1,500.00 and acknowledges a TWELVE (12) MONTHS LOCK-IN PERIOD.
3. Early Termination:
   Failure to comply with the lock-in period will result in an Early Termination Fee, calculated based on the remaining days of the contract multiplied by the monthly rate plus the remaining cost of the equipment.
4. Billing and Disconnection:
   Subscribers must pay on or before the due date, determined by the installation date. In case of non-payment, a Statement of Account (SOA) will be sent five (5) days before the due date. An “Overdue Notice” will follow, and if no action is taken within seven (7) days, a “Disconnection Notice” will be issued, leading to automatic disconnection on the 15th day.
5. Reconnection Fee:
   The reconnection fee for a disconnected subscriber is Php 150.00.
6. Equipment and Materials:
   Network-enabling devices are not included in the payment. Subscribers must surrender these devices after the term period. After disconnection, DSN reserves the right to pull out all materials and peripherals.
7. Equipment Tampering:
   Subscribers are not allowed to tamper with DSN-provided equipment and services without prior consent. DSN reserves the right to terminate accounts/services for non-compliance.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
DSN does not assume responsibility for damages or viruses resulting from access, use, or download from the website. Continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access is not guaranteed.

INDEMNITY:
Subscribers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold DSN harmless from liabilities related to violations of these terms, third-party rights, or claims for damages arising from user submissions.

PRIVACY:
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account information. Data transmitted over the internet is subject to interception, alteration, and the DoubleSquare Network Inc. Privacy Policy.

EXCESSIVE USAGE:
Subscribers shall not exceed specified bandwidth limitations to protect DSN network resources and maintain service availability.

TRANSFER OF ACCOUNT:
Subscribers cannot transfer or assign their account without DSN’s written consent. Relocation/transfer of service incurs a Php 500.00 service charge with no delinquency or previous balance.
