RDNAKS NETWORK AND DATA SOLUTION (“RNDS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its subscribers, employees, partners, and all individuals whose data we process. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

By availing of our services, accessing our systems, or providing personal information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the following types of data necessary for the delivery of our internet services and business operations:

• Authorized RNDS personnel

• Accredited third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, IT support vendors)

We do not sell or trade personal information.

We do not maintain any data sharing agreement with external organizations.

DATA PROCESSING SYSTEMS

Our primary system, the RNDS Billing System, uses both manual and automated processes to manage customer accounts, billing, and service delivery. The system is internally operated and not outsourced.

RETENTION AND DISPOSAL OF PERSONAL DATA

We retain personal data:

• For the duration of the active subscription; and

• Up to two (2) years from termination or last transaction,

• Unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for legal claims.

Upon expiration of the retention period, data is securely disposed of through:

• Secure deletion or overwriting

• Anonymization

• Shredding of physical records

RNDS does not transfer personal data outside the Philippines.
