The following Terms and Conditions constitute the service agreement between RDNAKS Network and Data Solution(“RNDS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Subscriber (“you”).
Payment and Billing
a. The first due date must be settled on time to avoid service interruption.
b. Installation fees are non-refundable.
c. Monthly payment is on a continuous billing cycle and must be paid as long as the Subscriber remains connected under RNDS.
Service and Usage
a. RNDS reserves the right to terminate the account in cases of breach of confidentiality or
violation of the service agreement by either the Subscriber or Service Provider.
b. The service is provided solely for the Subscriber’s personal use.
c. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the service to other individuals, households, or businesses is strictly prohibited.
d. Downgrading of plans is not allowed under our current system.
e. Transfer of service to another location or unit may incur applicable charges and is subject to serviceable areas only.
Equipment and Responsibility
a. The Subscriber is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of RNDS equipment.
b. Any damage, loss, or mishandling of equipment shall be charged to the Subscriber.
c. In cases of unsettled balances or termination, all RNDS-issued equipment will be pulled out within two (2) weeks from the date of disconnection or termination.
d. For pre-termination, the Subscriber must settle all outstanding balances and return all issued equipment to clear account records.
Account Termination
a. RNDS may suspend or terminate service for violations of these Terms, non-payment, unauthorized use, or breach of policies.
b. Upon termination, all equipment must be returned immediately, and all dues must be settled before account closure.
